I hold a Masters of Clinical Psychology from Konstanz University, Germany and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Macquarie University, Australia. I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), have trained as an Analytic and psychodynamic Psychotherapist, first at the C.G. Jung Institute in Stuttgart, Germany and now at the Australian and New Zealand Society of Jungian Analysts (ANZSJA).
For many years I have worked with clients across all age groups and from different cultural backgrounds in private and clinical settings. My approach combines the consideration of a clinical application as well as the depth of a psychodynamic process, at the core of which stands the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. My registration status with AHPRA is provisional psychologist.
For over 20 years I have taught and practiced Yoga. My experience of Yoga as a never-ending journey of physical self-discovery and mindfulness mirrors and complements the journey of analysis. I am a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.
